Dave Martin grew up working in the Penn Reel factory and before long became CFO and then CEO. He spent five years at Zebco Brands as head of innovation and manufacturing before coming to Big Rock.  Dave is a creative and globally-minded thinker who was instrumental in starting a new factory in China. He also has several patents in his name.
